We have entered into an agreement with cloud-based IT infrastructure monitoring and observability platform LogicMonitor to provide its award-winning cloud monitoring capabilities to our APAC vendors and customers.
In order to meet the rapidly evolving demands of our customers and partners, we are placing heavy emphasis on AIOps, observability and IT monitoring in a hybrid world.

We are also seeing a move by our customers to seek out solutions that offer consumption-based billing models to reduce costs in remote, distanced workplaces.
